Employer Sponsored Visas

The visa falls under the Subclass 186. If you apply under the Temporary Residence Transition Stream or the Labour Agreement Stream, it doesn’t need skills assessments. On the other hand, the Direct Entry stream needs assessments. It aims to show that you have had suitable skills. The visa is submitted after the visa application is made, but the results of the report must be obtained before applying for the visa.

Some skills authorities offer the assessment reports with limited validity periods. Make sure to apply for the visa before the expiry of the assessment report.
